NEW DELHI: Fugitive businessman Vijay Mallya was declared bankrupt by a UK court docket on Monday.
Mallya, who fled to the UK, is being probed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in reference to an alleged Rs 9,000 crore financial institution fraud linked to the operations of his now defunct Kingfisher Airways in India.
