Tried Homicide: Osun College students Granted Bail


5 secondary faculty pupils in Osun State arrested and arraigned by the police final week have been granted bail by an Osogbo Magistrates’ Courtroom.

The scholars, Abdulateef Surajudeen, 18, Musibau Quadri, 20, Tunde Sikiru, 20, Azeez Ibrahim, 18, and Jelili Adegoke, 16, have been arraigned for conspiracy, tried homicide, belonging to an illegal society, and malicious injury.

Police prosecutor Jacob Akintunde instructed the court docket that the suspects and others now at giant, on November 23, 2020, at Ifeoluwa Grammar Faculty, Osogbo hit one Yekeen Basiru within the again and left hand with an axe.
